“We were close to signing a contract with a national home building firm when I became very concerned with the legal requirements and items that appeared to be my responsibility during the construction process. It was both a joyous and sad time when the house was complete… We were thrilled to be moving into our beautiful new home, but sorry that our interactions with Jim were ending, as a friendship had developed.
