Our Realtor introduced us to Jim Prewitt. We looked at some of his finished work and liked what we saw, especially noticing the high quality of construction as well as his superior finishes. When it came to managing the finances of the project, Jim was transparent throughout in terms of what was spent and where our money was going. He kept to the budget he gave us and when there were overages he made sure we were aware as selections were being made. In terms of accounting, we really feel we satisfied and pleased with what we paid for our finished product.
Since completion of our home, we have kept in close contact with Jim. He has been readily available to assist with any problems that arise and we trust that he’s giving us the best advice and service possible. On several occasions we have needed to have his subcontractors come back out to make repairs or further additions, and we have been pleased with the professionalism, service and results.
On a personal note, Jim was fantastic with our family, especially our son (who was 3 years old at the time). He spent time with him and let him enjoy the equipment (which was our son’s favorite part!). Jeff and I have said many times that we don’t know many people who would take on the process of building a home a second time with the same builder; however we would without hesitation (that is, if we didn’t love our home as much as we do!). We have and will continue to recommend Jim to friends and acquaintances who inquire about building a home.
